Hello, I'm Marvin

Animation Director
I was raised in Colorado and influenced by the arts from an early age. Inspired by video games and Japanese animation, I sought to create similar great works. Starting with 2D illustration, I transitioned into the world of 3D animation when I discovered how much more I could accomplish, as the creative possibilities seemed boundless.
After graduating from college, I moved to California with a group of friends, where I joined a small team creating kids’ YouTube videos. This channel gave each animator the freedom to be as creative as possible in telling the story. Through this experience, I grew as both an artist and a storyteller, refining my skills with each project. The result of this boundless creativity contributed to the company’s growth into the global juggernaut now known as Cocomelon.
My art style is deeply influenced by Eastern aesthetics, whether in character design, animation, or cinematography. Influenced by the likes of Naruto, Attack on Titan, and One-Punch Man, I sought to produce the same dynamic visual styles, poses, and actions that draw the viewer into the scene, creating high tension and heightened emotions.
